THE PROBLEM

You generate leads for clients, but you can’t show which ones got quotes, how much they were quoted, or which ones became customers.

And none of these get you there:

01

Your report stops at leads.

You can show what your client spent and which leads came in, but not which ones received quotes or became customers.

total leadswhich ones got a quote?quoted how much?which ones bought?
02

You can’t settle the “junk leads” complaint.

You need to separate genuine prospects from spam, billing questions, and existing customers before you can discuss lead quality.

03

You’re waiting on your client.

You’ve sent the lead list, but they haven’t filled in what was quoted or which jobs closed.

04

You can’t verify the calls.

Google shows phone-number clicks, but your client says the phone is quiet. You can’t tell which clicks became conversations.

05

You’re guessing where to spend next.

You can compare lead counts and costs, but not which campaign brought in the jobs your client wanted.

You don’t know why leads aren’t closing.

You can’t tell whether the inquiries were a poor fit, calls went unanswered, or prospects never got a next step.

HOW IT WORKS

Put the source, the quote and the sale on the same lead record

So you can show which campaigns generated opportunities, which led to sales, and where to put the next advertising dollar.

Here’s what that looks like day to day:

Your client says the leads are junk.

Review the inquiries together. Separate people asking about a job from spam, existing customers, and billing questions.

every callreal leadwrong number

Your client hasn’t told you what was quoted.

Open the recorded call. If a quote was mentioned, AI can capture the amount against that lead for you to check.

leadcalloutleadfull replacement

Your client asks which leads became customers.

Connect their sales outcomes and show which inquiries closed and how much those customers spent. Keep confirmed sales separate from quotes.

callformchatone record+ the sale

Your monthly report is due.

Put the source, lead quality, captured quote, and recorded sales outcome together, so your client can see what happened after each inquiry came in.

sourcequalifiedquotedsale

Your client asks where next month’s budget should go.

Where sales outcomes are available, compare the revenue connected to each campaign instead of deciding on lead count alone.

Your ad platform is optimising for calls, not jobs.

Send each lead’s quote value back to your ad platform the same day, then update it to the real sale when the job closes. It learns which clicks turn into paying jobs weeks before a CRM export would tell it. Works with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta.

From “we think the marketing is working” to “here’s the revenue this campaign brought in”

We’ll connect every lead your marketing generates to the revenue it produced

Lead Qualification

Every call marked as a real lead or not, so your reporting counts customers instead of ringing phones.

Lead Values

Attach what each one was worth — quoted or closed. This is what turns lead volume into ROI.

Every touchpoint on one lead record

Calls, forms, chats and transactions together, matched to the sale in your client's CRM. No more monthly hand-matching.

A tracking number on every visit

Swapped in automatically, however the customer ends up dialling — tapped, typed or saved months ago. The call is attributed to the campaign that earned it.

Quote values sent back to your ad platform

Qualified leads and their quote values sent back automatically, while the platform can still learn from them. Works with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta.

White-Label Reporting

Your logo, your client's dashboard, the full picture every month without you building it. And it doesn't have to sit on your P&L as a cost — many agencies white-label it and bill it as part of the reporting they already sell.

Frequently asked questions

What exactly does WhatConverts do?

Every lead your marketing generates — calls, forms, chats and transactions — captured in one place, qualified, valued, and tied back to the campaign that produced it. Most of our customers come to us because the phone calls are the half they've never been able to see.

Why does this work when call tracking alone doesn’t?

Because a call count isn’t revenue. WhatConverts puts a quote value, and later the sale value, on each lead, then sends those values back to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta. Your reports show money, and your campaigns learn from it.

What happens when I book a demo?

We’ll look at how your clients’ calls, forms and chats are tracked today, and show you which leads would have turned into quotes and revenue.

How much time will this take me?

Less than you’d think. Our onboarding team sets it up with you. They’ll handle your first clients and the account creation if you want, and duplicate whatever you have in CallRail. After that, the reports build themselves.

“We’re already with someone and it works fine.”

Then the question is whether it shows you revenue or call counts. If you’re moving from CallRail, our team helps you duplicate your setup and remove the old scripts so nothing conflicts.

“Will it work with our CRM?”

Yes. Two-way CRM sync matches each call, form and chat to the sale. Values go back natively to Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta, and to other tools through Zapier.

“Can we trial it on a few accounts first?”

Yes. There’s a 14-day free trial, and most agencies start with a plan for one or two clients before moving to an agency account.

“We’ve got our tracking numbers printed on flyers, vans and business cards.”

You keep them. Eligible numbers can be ported, and our customer success team assesses eligibility and manages the transfer with you — you send a spreadsheet of the numbers. What’s possible depends on your current setup, so we look at it together before anything changes. Cancelling your existing contract stays with you.
